Tier list overview
Rankings reflect endgame wave performance, merge scaling, and synergy with mutations and traits— not just how strong a unit feels in the first ten waves. Tier labels are our rankings, not an in-game official list.
Common → Rare → Epic → Legendary → Mythic → Secret → God → Divine → Limited
The roster has 58 fighters. God, Secret, and Limited units define late-game DPS.

Code-reward units (unranked)
These fighters come from redeem codes only. They stay unranked until live DPS shows in your inventory — see the codes page for wave gates and active status.
| Unit | Source | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Beast Asta | TRADING (Wave 25, Update 7) — expired | Unranked | DPS never published cleanly — check the unit card if you still own one. |
| Krillin | BUGFIXESS2 (Update 6) — expired | Unranked | Came with Doombringer pre-rolled. Trait is not in the normal Trait Machine pool. |
| Krillin (Super Shenron) | SUPERMAKEUP (Wave 50, Update 6) — expired | Unranked | Update 6 compensation reward. New-server only when the code was live. |
| Nen Gohan | BUGFIXESS (Update 6) — expired | Unranked | Filler until you verify stats on your account. |
What actually moves the needle
- Merge level — duplicate same name + mutation to unlock higher stats
- Traits — one roll per unit at the Trait Machine (reroll with Trait Shards)
- Mutations — damage multipliers from Gold through Quincy (Admin, Nen, and Quincy tie at 6.5x in current tables)
- Base rarity — God and Secret units outscale unmerged Mythic pulls
A well-merged B-tier unit with a strong mutation can beat a fresh A-tier pull — upgrades matter as much as the base tier label.
Crafting Machine recipes
The Crafting Machine evolves leveled fighters into stronger craft-only units. Submit the base unit plus Material Drops and Fragments — traits on the input are lost. Crafted units cannot be cloned.
| Product | Rarity | Input unit | Materials |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ichiro (Hollow) | Secret | Level 7 Ichiro (Legendary) | 10 Holo Masks + 10 Secret Fragments |
| Aisen (Ascension) | God | Level 7 Aisen (Mythic) | 10 Hogyoku Fragments + 10 God Fragments |
| MaragaAdded in Update 4.0 (JJK update). | Secret | Level 5 Migumo (Legendary) | 10 Maraga Wheels + 10 Secret Fragments |
| SukanoAdded in Update 5.0 — flagship craftable God unit. | God | Sukano Level 6 | 20 Fingers + 10 God Fragments |
- Submit the input unit at the Crafting Machine — any trait equipped on it is permanently lost.
- Crafted fighters cannot be duplicated with the Clone Machine.
- Material Drops (Holo Masks, Hogyoku Fragments, Maraga Wheels, etc.) are separate from Fragments used by the Clone Machine.
- Tenpachi (Kai) is craft-only from Mythic Tenpachi — exact Material Drop list still disagrees across sources, so confirm in the Crafting Machine UI.
- Fragment Fusion Machine (Update 5) sits next to the Prize Wheel — trade lower-rarity fragments for higher tiers; cap raised to 360 fragments.
- Active codes (UPDATE10 batch) drop Cash, Trait Shards, and fragments used for crafting/cloning — see the codes page.
Progression by stage
- Early game — Farm waves for Cash. Upgrade Cash Multiplier first, then Base Size. Replace Common and Rare units with Epic or Legendary slots.
- Mid game — Roll Mythic DPS like Kisake, Aisen, or Tenpachi. Merge matching duplicates and roll traits on your best fighter.
- Late game — Raise Luck Multiplier, chase Secret, God, or Divine units, craft evolved fighters at the Crafting Machine, fuse fragments at the Fragment Fusion Machine, stack mutations during event windows, and merge your main carry to the limit.
FAQ
Does tier rank change after merging?
Rarity stays put, but merges and mutations can make a lower-rarity fighter out-DPS a fresh S-tier pull. Tiers here assume you actually upgrade.
What is the merge level cap?
Level 7. Same name, same level, same mutation — then merge.
Who are the best units to aim for?
Mid game: Kisake, Ukey, Aisen, Tenpachi, Chosu, or Maki. Late game: Kaidon, Hashiromo, Sukano, Lelush, Jogu, Tenpachi (Kai), Ichiro (Hollow), Maraga, or Aisen (Ascension) with a real trait and mutation.
How do I get Hashiromo or Son Wukong?
Hashiromo (Toad) comes from the Spin Wheel. Son Wukong is a Battle Pass Limited. Neither is a normal Cash roll.
When should I replace C or D tier units?
As soon as Epic or Legendary rolls are affordable. Common and Rare are early-grid filler only.
Do mutations change unit tier?
In practice, yes. Diamond through Nen can jump a unit a tier in real fights. Multipliers and timers are on the mutations page.
How does the Crafting Machine work?
Feed a leveled base unit plus Material Drops and Fragments. Traits on the input are wiped. Crafted units cannot be cloned. Recipes are on this page — Tenpachi (Kai) is craft-only but its exact mats still vary by source.
Rankings follow current wave scaling and merge behavior. Balance patches can shift which units sit at the top — check back after major updates.
