Launch Grow A Garden 2 on Roblox and spawn into your garden.
Open Settings — the cog icon along the top of the screen.
Find the Redeem Codes field, then paste a code from the list above (Copy avoids typos).
Press Claim. Rewards such as seeds are added to your inventory immediately.

Codes are case-sensitive and one-time per account. Use the copy button on each card so nothing gets lost in translation.
