Grow A Garden 2 Gear Shop
Sprinklers, watering cans, mushrooms, pots, and utility gear from the Gear Shop — rarity tiers and confirmed effects.
By Bloxron Editorial Team · Last updated
George's Gear Shop restocks every five minutes with a random slice of the full roster below. Sprinklers and watering cans fund your farm; mushrooms and the Wheelbarrow skew toward movement and stealing; Gnome and Robux tools push back on raiders. For perimeter props, see crates. Megaphone owners can browse sound IDs to paste into the gear panel.
Sheckle buy order
- Basic Watering Can until every planted row gets water without hand-clicking each tile.
- First sprinkler tier that covers your current plot size — upgrade radius before chasing Legendary stock.
- Gnome or Fence once night theft starts eating overnight harvests.
- Super Sprinkler and endgame tools only after Epic/Legendary plots justify the 3M+ sheckle spend.
Sprinkler tier guide
- Common / Uncommon — early-game patches; one to two minutes of passive watering on a tight budget.
- Rare — wider radius plus better mutation odds when you are farming weather procs on a mid-game plot.
- Legendary — 40-stud radius with strong growth and size luck for Epic seeds waiting on the next storm.
- Super — endgame pick at 3M sheckles; largest radius and highest growth multiplier in the shop rotation.
Single-use watering cans and mushrooms are consumables — buy before a weather burst, not after the sky already shifted.
Sprinkler comparison
Use this for upgrade decisions, not decoration. Sprinklers help crops reach the ripe window faster; they do not increase post-mature weight gain.
| Sprinkler | Price | Size Luck | Growth Speed | Duration | Radius | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Common Sprinkler | 3K | +7 | 1.5× | 1 min | — | starter patches · cheap growth boost |
| Uncommon Sprinkler | 10K | +21 | 2× | 2 min | — | early AFK plots · budget mutation setup |
| Rare Sprinkler | 80K | +40 | 3× | 2 min | — | mid-game weather farming · wider garden coverage |
| Legendary Sprinkler | 1.2M | +65 | 4× | 2 min | 40 studs | late-game crop prep · high-value slow growers |
| Super Sprinkler | 3M | +100 | 5× | 2 min | 55 studs | endgame mutation holds · largest possible sprinkler buff |
Stacking rules
- Only the strongest sprinkler applies. If two overlap, use the highest size-luck and growth tier in range.
- Sprinklers do not stack. Extra copies do not multiply size luck or push you past the normal cap.
- Sprinklers help before maturity. Once a crop is fully grown, the calculator's post-grow weight gain takes over instead.
Defense loadout
Night stealing is the main reason to buy gear beyond sprinklers. A practical stack:
- Gnome — knocks raiders back from inside your plot.
- Door Crowbar — breaks into locked gardens when you are on offense; pair Owner Door crates on defense.
- Bee or Bear pet — automated swarm or tackle while you harvest.
- Fence + Owner Door crates — close perimeter gaps before buying flashier decor.
Gear Shop catalog
Prices from George's Gear Shop rotation — stock refreshes every five minutes. Robux-only tools sell through the in-game store and do not share that restock timer.

FAQ
- Where is the Gear Shop in Grow A Garden 2?
- Map center — George runs the counter between the Seed Shop and Props shop. Stock rotates every five minutes; Legendary and Super listings are rare unless you pay Robux.
- What do sprinklers do?
- They passively water nearby crops for a timed duration — higher tiers add radius, runtime, mutation odds, and fruit size. Super Sprinkler is the endgame pick at 3M sheckles.
- Which gear helps against thieves?
- Gnome knocks raiders back. For plot layout, pair gear with Fence and Owner Door crates from the Props shop. Bee pets and Venus Fly Trap plants add another layer.
- Which gear costs Robux instead of sheckles?
- Vine Wrapper (499), Power Hose (299), Freeze Ray (749), Rainbow Carpet (599), Megaphone (79), and Pet Server Teleporters (99 / 799 / 1,499) sell through the Robux store rather than George's rotating sheckle stock.
